Solid State Relays, Switches, 1/2 Drivers and other devices
Solid State Modules including Relays, Switches, Breakers, Push-Pull, Full-Bridge Drivers and many other devices. There is a small number of most devices which are available for immediate shipment and most orders will be shipped after a short
production cycle. Our R&D department is welcoming your inquiry and encouraging email to us your needs: info@vsholding.com. We charge no development fee for a new product to fit your application
with the follow up order for 400 or more devices. A brief introduction to a Solid-State Relay (SSR) can be found in Solid State Relay/Switch made by EDR.
During the last ten years, we have developed thousand of new devices. Our engineering deportment is working without a break trying to finish all documentations. We’re apologizing if some information is
missing. We’ll do everything humanely possible to furnish you with the required information for your particular application.
NOTE: Even if you might already selected a device and ready to place an order we encourage you to send us a few details and specifics describing your application. It would be helpful to receive information
about a maximum voltage, current (rms and pulsing), pulse width and maximum frequency, and a type of load (Is it a resistive, capacitive, or inductive types?), and a distance to a load. Please use the
Information Request Form or Extended Form
to help us to come out with a correct part number. You can use Selection and Ordering Instructions for creating a part name.
Keeping in mind a common-science approach, in most cases we will recommend a device that is rated at least 20% above of your maximum requirements and possible protection “7164 TVS series.”
We are not just trying to sell our products. We want them working in your application for a long time. Here are some devices with available data sheets.
